TWX is proud to be partnering with a long-standing and respected client in the search for an experienced Retail Development Coach. We’ve worked closely with this company for years and can confidently say they offer a fantastic environment to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact in the retail space.
The Role:
As a Retail Development Coach, you’ll lead the rollout of an Operational Excellence Program across a network of stores in South London and the Southeast. Your focus will be on improving:
* Customer service
* Brand standards
* Store compliance
* Food safety
You’ll coach store teams to deliver a consistent, superior customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven background in FMCG (preferably within the convenience retail sector)
* Experience managing multiple store locations
* Strong coaching and influencing skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Competency with Microsoft Office applications
* A full, clean driving licence
* Level 3 Food Safety Certification (advantageous but not essential)
