IN SHORT The Commercial Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting with, as well as ownership of, processes that enable the UK SMC department to achieve business targets. The key responsibilities of this role is to support all teams across the UK SMC department (SME, Mid and Corporate), to ensure a customer-centric, cost-effective service to our customers/brokers, specifically around processes that support the winning, as well as onboarding/ongoing management of customer contracts WHAT YOU WILL DO Enter quotation data into internal IT and pricing systems ready for sales teams to be able to use Imputing data with a high attention to detail ensuring you are always championing data quality in our systems Work directly with sales account managers to support relationships Build weekly reports on both quotation and pricing data To be aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Group/Company Data Protection policy, Equal Opportunities policy, and the Email and Internet Acceptable Usage Policy, in addition to Fire and Health and Safety Regulations. The role holder may also be required to carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of this role as requested by their line manager and in line with business needs.
