As a Lecturer in Construction and the Built Environment, your responsibilities will include:
1. Producing and managing individual learning plans for each learner to maximize their potential.
2. Promoting student progress, engagement, achievement, and ensuring a high-quality student experience.
3. Developing and producing high-quality learning materials.
We seek enthusiastic professionals who can foster a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation, and high learner performance through high standards of teaching and learning. You should be an excellent team player with a passion for supporting students to succeed.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
* Level 4 qualification in Construction.
* GCSE in Maths and English (A*-C/9-4 or equivalent).
* Experience of teaching Construction or a similar Level 3 qualification.
* A PGCE or recognized full teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
