Our client based in Basingstoke specialise in consulting and sales of workspace technology who pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service in design, installation and aftercare/support. Due to continuous growth of the business our client is now able to recruit another Account Executive to join the sales team (training on business model and product list will be provided). This position will be ideal for an ambitious and driven individual, to progress in a growing company within an exciting and ever-changing industry.

Account Executive Responsibilities
* In time and after training, you will be regularly scheduling, attending and leading meetings with customers and prospects (In person and Remote) to scope new requirements, present proposals, conduct demonstrations and provide general update meetings.
* Managing personal sales administration: Lead/customer data input, updating sales cycle and forecasting on CRM.
* Building, maintaining and sharing customer proposals on quoting software ensuring that products, services and pricing are accurate and up to date as a project develops.
* Producing documentation such as PowerPoint presentations to support project proposals when appropriate.
* Collaborating effectively with technical pre-sales during the design phase of the sales process (an Account Manager has a consultative responsibility to ensure that the customer’s brief is being fulfilled as best possible)
* Regular and clear communication with both the customer and internally across other departments to manage everybody’s expectations and help deliver an excellent service for customers.
* Recognising and pursuing opportunities of growth within existing customer base.
