Package : * 13.58ph weekdays, £13.78ph weekends * Full Time contract * Enhanced rates for bank holidays * Mileage paid for work duties * Training loyalty bonus * Support with carer development and full training support * Company events and incentives * Employee assistance package * Free uniform Responsibilities : * Manage a caseload and oversee day-to-day care delivery, including occasional out-of-hours support. * Complete assessments, risk reviews and maintain accurate electronic records. * Support, supervise and develop care staff through meetings, spot checks, mentoring and new starter training. * Build strong relationships with service users and families, promoting independence and person-centred care. * Work closely with the office team, handling enquiries, assisting with rotas, and stepping in to deliver care when needed. * Take shared responsibility for duty cover (including some weekends). * Represent our values in the community and across our social media presence. * Be out in the community for up to 80% of your week.
