The Enterprise Account Executive role offers an exciting path to drive growth across the United States. You'll be instrumental in acquiring new logos, territory development, collaborating with premier technology partners, and leading sophisticated solution-selling efforts. Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve consistent new logo acquisition through systematic territory development
* Establish strategic relationships with Fortune 500/1000 enterprises, particularly in regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, banking) while pursuing new industries as market opportunities arise
* Navigate complex sales cycles and procurement processes for enterprise implementations
* Build and maintain healthy pipeline ratios and forecasting accuracy across assigned territory
* Collaborate with strategic technology partners to accelerate deal velocity and expand market reach
* Partner with pre-sales team on technical solution development for Accelerator Program, Strategic Advisory, Training & Education, and solution Bundles
* Develop and nurture C-level relationships focused on Day 2 operations and post-implementation success
* Travel regularly (25-40%) to build face-to-face relationships across the United States
* Leverage partner ecosystem to identify joint opportunities and expand market reach
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
* 8+ years of proven success in IT solutions sales
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quota
* 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in a high-growth environment
* Experience selling complex, high-value solutions to C-level executives at Fortune 500/1000 companies
* Experience working with strategic technology partners to drive joint sales opportunities
* Background in professional services or technology consulting with experience in direct/expansion sales motions

* Territory Management: Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a large geographic territory across multiple states and time zones
* Prospecting & Lead Generation: Skilled at identifying, researching, and qualifying Fortune 500/1000 prospects within assigned territory
* Relationship Building: Strong ability to build trust and credibility with C-level executives and technical decision makers
* Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business principles and competitive landscapes
* Communication and Negotiation: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
* Pipeline Management: Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate forecasting and healthy pipeline ratios across multiple opportunities
* Consultative Selling: Expertise in discovery, needs assessment, and solution positioning for enterprise technology initiatives
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in leveraging sales enablement tools to optimize sales processes and drive productivity
* Adaptability and Resilience: Demonstrated capacity to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and effectively navigate change and ambiguity
