Fella and Jones are partnering with this global contemporary luxury womenswear brand in search of a Senior Garment Technologist for womenswear. You will work closely with the in-house team and external manufacturers from prototype to delivery, collaborating with designers daily to develop products and manage fit meetings.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with the Head of Design and other product and sales teams to ensure all technical aspects are delivered effectively.
* Manage tech packs for new styles, including consumption and construction notes
* Collaborate with the production team to develop CADs and prototypes
* Have excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting, fitting, and grading
* Understand testing procedures, analyze test reports, and garment care
* Possess strong knowledge of women’s RTW, ideally at a luxury level
* Pre-empt and resolve potential production issues aligned with the critical path
* Have significant experience working within a luxury retailer, supplier, or manufacturer
