Job Description for L2 associates
Overview
The L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners. To our delivery partners, you ARE Amazon. L2 Associates are expected to identify delivery partner concerns, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements.
Summary of Responsibilities
1. Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times
2. Provide and expedite prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners
3. Manage sensitive cases by escalating appropriately
4. Demonstrate excellent time-management skills
5. Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics
6. Seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to improve processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Qualitative Requirements
* Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to communicate clearly with all customers
* Good comprehension skills to understand and articulate customer issues
* Ability to focus and follow customer issues through to resolution
* Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team
* Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer
* Excellent typing skills
* Proficiency in navigating websites
* Proficiency with email applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Logistics background and experience in a similar role
* Proficient in Excel
