Location: North of the UK (Stoke, Derby, Nottingham and upwards). Produal UK office: Kidderminster. Sector: Building Automation / BMS / HVAC Controls.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive Growth: Execute sales plans to meet targets and expand Produal’s reach across your region.
* Client Engagement: Build relationships with integrators, OEMs, and stakeholders through regular client meetings
* Technical Advisory: Deliver product demonstrations and technical support for sensors, transmitters, controllers, valves, actuators and more
* New Business: Develop account and prospect plans to convert interest into revenue, especially among OEMs.
* Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, handle objections, and propose tailored, value-driven solutions.
* CRM and Reporting: Manage your pipeline, client interactions and KPIs via our digital tools and CRM platform.
* Sustainability-Focused Solutions: Champion our mission to optimise indoor environments and reduce environmental impact through accurate measurement and control.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong technical background in BMS, HVAC, building automation or control systems.
* Experience in technical sales, project engineering, or applications engineering roles.
* Confidence presenting to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
* Self-driven, team-focused, and culturally aligned with our Finnish/Scandinavian ethos — calm precision, trust, and collaboration.
* Strong planning skills and the ability to work autonomously across a wide territory.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the North of the UK.
