We are seeking a sales executive who is driven, competitive, resilient and commercially curious, with at least a year’s experience in new business sales and a clear desire to build a serious career in B2B technology services sales.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and developing new client relationships, generating high-quality opportunities, and laying the foundations for long-term accounts. While we operate within a defined sales strategy, there is genuine scope to develop a focus on specific sectors that interest you, provided they align with our wider go-to-market approach.
You’ll work closely with marketing, account management, bid, and delivery teams, giving you early exposure to how deals are shaped, qualified and won — and the opportunity to progress quickly as your performance grows.
Responsibilities
* Researching and targeting new organisations and decision-makers
* Generating and pursuing new business leads
* Executing direct multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events etc)
* Attending and following up from industry events and networking opportunities
* Working with marketing to support campaigns across email and social channels
* Booking and qualifying meetings that lead to long term, profitable partnerships with clients
* Developing early-stage relationships into long-term client accounts
* Identifying opportunities to expand within existing clients
Skills
* Minimum 1 years’ experience in a new business / outbound B2B sales role
* Exposure to IT, digital, technology services sales (or a strong interest in the sector)
* Confident, articulate and professional communicator — especially on the phone
* Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple leads at once
* Comfortable with rejection and motivated by targets and results
* Strong written and spoken English
* Willingness to travel and attend events when required
* A genuine desire to learn, improve and progress quickly

Renumeration
* Base Salary £27.5K to £35K (based upon experience) with an estimated OTE of up to £60K
* Uncapped earning potential, no thresholds
