Role: Bank Care Assistant
Location: Pitcairn Lodge, Kirkton Of Skene, Westhill, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire
Salary:£12.60 per hour
Hours: Hours as and when required
What you will be doing
First and foremost, you will work as part of a team to enrich residents’ lives, provide the highest quality personalised care in line with individual care plans, and support leisure and social activities. You will be kind and supportive to residents, their families and colleagues to help create a positive, respectful environment.
* Work with the team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues in a fun, collaborative environment.
* Deliver high-quality, personalised care in accordance with each resident’s care plan.
* Encourage participation in leisure and social activities as part of daily routines.
* Demonstrate kindness and a respectful, dignified approach to all residents, families and team members.
What skills do you need?
* Teamwork: A happy team supports happy residents and a thriving home.
* Experience is not essential; we will provide training and support. What matters is that you are caring, enthusiastic and energetic.
* Good communication with a flexible approach.
* Genuine care for older people and their needs, treating everyone with respect and dignity.
