Nexus Resource Solutions are working in partnership with a market leading engineering company who specialise in the engineering services to the offshore, Marine, Renewables and Naval markets.
Due to maternity cover, they are on the lookout for a Document Controller for a 12 month contract.
The Candidate:
Previous experience as document controller in different projects.
Manage and maintain all controlled company documents.
Take charge of all document identification, classification and filing.
Previous experience of collating Manufacturer Record Books is essential
Comfortable chasing suppliers for documentation
Motivated to learn and add value to the team. Professional, polite and pro-active.
Good communication skills verbal and written.
Attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
Administration experience.
A good understanding of Oracle would be beneficial.
Team player.
Whats on offer:
Rate £17.67ph PAYE
Plus £2.13ph holiday credits
