Overview
Prezz Italian invites a culinary leader to join as a Sous Chef. The role combines creative menu development, kitchen leadership, and a passion for our HEART culture. Compensation is £13.50 – £14.50 per hour plus tronc, tips, and benefits. Location: Aldeburgh, England, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
* Lead kitchen operations, maintaining service pace and standard.
* Deliver exceptional dishes that embody our Hospitality Magic ethos.
* Guide, train, and inspire the kitchen team through hands‑on support.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organised kitchen in line with HACCP policies.
* Manage kitchen paperwork – temperature checks, cleaning records, compliance logs.
* Assist with stock control, portioning, and waste reduction.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage service and continuously improve.
* Support a positive, respectful kitchen culture and teamwork.
* Work closely with front‑of‑house to deliver a seamless guest experience.
