Project Manager - Technology & Manufacturing/Engineering
I'm currently supporting a global logistics company in their search for a Project Manager in a 'bridging-the-gap' role, working alongside engineering teams building world-class robotics and automation systems, and act as the vital link between them and our Ops & Technology teams
Title: Project Manager - Engineering & Technology
Location: Daventry (2 Days On-Site)
Rate: Up to £475/pd Inside IR35
Start: ASAP
Length: 6 Months Minimum
Day-to-Day:
* Own and deliver cross-functional projects involving robotics, automation, and AI integration
* Work closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment
* Help drive the deployment of AI-driven systems into large-scale warehouse operations
* Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven Project Management experience in automation, manufacturing, or automotive
* Strong background working closely with engineering / technical teams
* A technology-aware PM - understands how to speak "engineer" and "operations"
* Comfortable operating in agile and fast-paced environments
* A natural bridge-builder with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Preferably, Exposure to robotics or AI-driven automation
* Experience with warehouse / logistics / supply chain environments
