Healthcare Support Worker – Endoscopy Team – Bicester (Full Time, 37.5 hrs, 4-day working week, 8:00am‑6:00pm)
Responsibilities
* Welcoming patients in a professional and caring manner, acting as a patient advocate at all times
* Supporting patient care in line with care plans, under the guidance of the senior clinical team
* Cleaning, monitoring, and preparing equipment, reporting any issues promptly
* Recording and communicating relevant patient information and observations
* Maintaining clear, effective communication with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team

* A good understanding of health & safety and infection control
* Flexible and adaptable to meet service and site requirements
* Committed to learning, development, and maintaining required skills and competencies
