Robert Half is working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in Haverhill, who is looking to recruit a Process Operative to support ongoing production requirements.
This is a temporary position offering competitive hourly rates and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Role
1. Working on the production line to meet daily output targets
2. Operating machinery and equipment in line with health & safety standards
3. Carrying out quality checks to ensure product consistency
4. Supporting the wider production team as required
Shift Pattern
You will work on a 3-weekly rotating shift pattern:
5. 6:00am - 2:00pm
6. 2:00pm - 10:00pm
7. 10:00pm - 6:00am
About You
8. Previous manufacturing or production experience is essential
9. Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights
10. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
11. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
What's on Offer
12. £16-£19 per hour, depending on experience
13. Immediate start available, with January starts also considered
