Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant ready for your next rewarding role? A friendly and inclusive primary school in the Stechford area is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support KS2 pupils with higher and complex needs in a nurturing and well-resourced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex needs including ASD, ADHD, and global developmental delay
Assist with implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress
Support sensory, communication and behaviour strategies
Foster a positive and inclusive learning spaceWhat We're Looking For:
A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or an equivalent relevant qualification
Additional training relevant to supporting SEND pupils
Previous experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in KS2
Confident managing challenging behaviour and using de-escalation techniquesWhy Work with Long Term Futures?
