Job Description: Strategic Partnerships Development Manager (Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to lead relationship development, partnership execution, and strategic growth initiatives across a dynamic partner ecosystem. This role requires a proactive relationship-builder with strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end partnership lifecycles—prospecting, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing performance management—while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute partnership and supplier strategies, including market research, opportunity identification, and pipeline development.
* Support product and business strategy by analysing industry trends and partner insights.
End-to-End Partnership Management
* Lead the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, contracting, and integrating new partners/suppliers.
* Manage account plans, performance reviews, and long-term growth activities.
* Resolve partner issues and act as a trusted advocate for partners/suppliers.
Relationship Management
* Build strong, strategic relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
* Track business and technology metrics, produce performance insights, and build accurate business forecasts.
* Support brand and reputation management with partners.
Operational Excellence
* Prepare high-quality reports, performance dashboards, and strategic updates.
* Navigate complex internal structures to drive partnership success.
* Ensure alignment across product, legal, finance, marketing, and leadership teams.
* Strong oral and written communication.
* Opportunity and pipeline management.
* Data analysis, insight generation, and reporting.
* Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
* Negotiation and contract management expertise.
* Project planning and execution.
* Stakeholder and executive-level influencing.
* Cross-functional collaboration.
* Industry knowledge across one or more: Consumer Electronics, Automotive, OEMs, Telecom, E‑commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
* Experience working with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders.
* Proven experience managing strategic agreements or partnerships across global or fast‑paced environments.
