Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. We are looking for a driven, relationship focused sales representative to win new business and grow existing accounts. You'll be selling commercial solar and dealing with the lead generation. Design, estimating and project management can be discussed as part of this role for the right candidate but not essential.
Responsibilities
* Develop new commercial solar opportunities
* Meet with potential clients to discuss the benefits of solar
* Present tailored designs and proposals
* Manage the sales pipeline
* Work closely with the design and project team to close deals
* Build long term client relationships
* Work with funding opportunities and asset finance to offer the best solutions for solar.
Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and sales
* Previous experience in solar is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key

Pay: £32,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 70 per week
