Role Summary
As a Data Product Manager within our Data Product team, you will drive the strategy, roadmap and delivery of data and analytics products that power smarter, faster and more personalised decision-making across the business and Reward’s clients. Reporting to the Data Director, you will define how we productise insight, improve data quality, and deliver scalable, self-serve capabilities that enable teams to unlock value from data independently.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working across a matrix of other Product teams, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing and Commercial teams. You will own key data products including segmentation, personalisation, forecasting, attribution and insight delivery workflows. While primarily strategy and delivery-focused, hands-on analytical or technical ability will be an advantage when validating ideas, shaping solutions or guiding technical teams.
You will play a crucial role in modernising our data capabilities - improving data quality, establishing governance, and ensuring data products are designed, delivered and adopted in a way that drives real commercial impact.
