Withmitment to quality, creativity, and personalised experiences, the group strives to exceed expectations and create unforgettable moments.Your new roleYou will join as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of lifestyle and gifting brands. This is a high-impact role blending technical data analysis, performance marketing expertise, andmercial insight. You’ll own marketing performance data, build real-time dashboards, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and Bing. Your work will connect acquisition activity to revenue oues, helping the business understand true ROI and scale efficiently. Expect to collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and brand teams to align spend with profitability and long-term value.What you'll need to succeed
1. 4+ years’ experience in performance or digital marketing within a data-driven, growth-focused environment.
2. Proven ability to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end, including optimisation and reporting.
3. Strong skills in data modelling and analytics, with experience in GA4, Power BI (or similar), and attribution modelling.
4. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and data integration pipelines.
5. Ability to translateplex data into actionablemercial insights.
6. Hands-on experience with Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, or SQL is a plus.
7. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with curiosity and ownership in a fast-paced setting.
