We are working with a welcoming secondary school in Telford that requires a calm, confident professional to maintain continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You will play a key role in supporting students, ensuring lessons run smoothly, and contributing to the wider school community. Key Responsibilities: Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects Supporting student engagement and maintaining a positive learning environment Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Assisting staff and pupils where needed throughout the school day What We’re Looking For: Experience of working with young people in an educational or community setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to remain organised, proactive, and composed under pressure A genuine commitment to supporting young people’s education and wellbeing This role would suit individuals with backgrounds in youth work, sports coaching, teaching assistance, or anyone considering a future in teaching.
