We have an established presence in the UK and are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive new business, secure high-value partnerships, and build a high-performing sales team.
About the Role
This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader with strong industry connections in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness. You will be responsible for winning new business, expanding our network of retailers and brands, and eventually hiring and leading a team of sales professionals.
This role is ideal for someone well-connected in beauty, fashion, wellness, or packaging sales, with a good understanding of the industry landscape, motivated to drive growth in a rapidly expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and growing a team of Account/ Sales Managers
* Developing new business opportunities with brands, beauty companies, and retailers
* Building relationships with key buyers, category managers, and procurement teams
* Pitching and selling curated product collections to increase order value and repeat business
* Owning the sales process from lead generation to closing deals and account expansion
* Managing a pipeline focused on securing £2M in new business in Year 1
* Attending trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
Who You Are
* 5+ years of B2B sales & business development experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, packaging, or custom merchandise
* A well-connected industry professional with existing relationships with key buyers and decision-makers in retail & beauty
* Proven track record of closing £50K-£500K+ B2B deals and managing high-value sales pipelines
* A hunter mindset who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and closing high-value deals
* Strategic & entrepreneurial with experience in building a new sales division and owning revenue growth
* Confident & results-driven with strong networking, pitching, and negotiating skills in fast-paced environments
