Responsibilities
* Support the team in all aspects of the transformation, including the BAU to ensure client deliverables are met.
* On behalf of the leadership team, be a primary lead to implementing treasury transformation projects (including testing, milestone oversight, documentation and KPI reporting).
* Ensure optimal usage of all new technology across treasury and client service teams
* Drive change as required and defined by the treasury management team
* Support coaching and training on all new processes
Client relationship & internal communications
* Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally to ensure a good reputation of the department at all times and supervise effective completion of the above activities and processes
* Respond to enquiries directed to the department
* Attend meetings as required to deliver project updates
* Design and deliver KPI reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Ideal background
* University degree
* At least 7 years experience in a similar role
* Related industry experience is an asset but at minimum experience leading shared services teams
* Competency in cash management systems
* Knowledge of accounting platforms would be an advantage
