Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join a dynamic London-based team. The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in handling complex public and private M&A transactions and ECM matters, providing strategic legal advice to a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions (both public and private).
* Handling equity capital markets transactions
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.
* Providing strategic corporate governance and regulatory advice.
* Managing client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years PQE in corporate law.
* Proven track record in public and private M&A. ECM experience is a bonus!
* Strong technical legal skills and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
