Job Description:

Reporting to the Contract Support Manager, you will provide administrative support, fault coordination, and engineering tasking, ensuring documentation tracking and databases are maintained according to contractual agreements.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain fault records accurately and timely
* Process all work according to contractual processes and procedures
* Achieve engineer tasking within timeframes and customer expectations
* Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, support, and fault calls
* Support operational activities, deliver excellent customer service, and provide administrative support
* Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Candidate Profile:
This role is ideal for an organized, enthusiastic administrator comfortable working independently. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting confidently and professionally across all levels.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in data management requiring accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Previous experience with Oracle
