Director Legal Product Structuring & Implementation Legal
Our Client is a leading Global Private Markets firm they are seeking a Legal Counsel with experience of Open and Closed end fund formation with additional exposure to Credit Products
Key Responsibilities
* Business Focussed role working with front office teams
* Structuring, development and implementation of new funds / products for the firm's credit platform, including commingled funds, funds-of-one and separately managed accounts
* Contribute to the generation and documentation of new products and structures
* Collaborate on the structuring and formation of new or restructured investment vehicles
* Support with the capital raising process, investor negotiations and investor onboarding
* Support with fundraising
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Legal Counsel
* Experience of Fund formation and structuring both open ended and close ended funds
* Ideally experience of Credit products including direct lending within either an alternative asset management firm or Private Practice
* Experience with Credit product structuring and product development
* Additional experience: fund offering documents, ( private placement memorandums, partnership agreements and subscription documents)
* Ability to prioritise and multi-task
* Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal stakeholders across various locations and time zones.
Working pattern: 4 days / week in the office
