Unqualified Humanities Teacher Role Information
* Full-time, permanent role in a SEMH secondary provision.
* Salary: 22,000 - 32,000 per annum (experience dependent).
* Teaching small class groups with additional adult support in place.

Unqualified Humanities Teacher Key Responsibilities
* Deliver creative and engaging Humanities and RE lessons to pupils with SEMH and additional needs.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning and emotional needs.
* Support pupils in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
* Manage behaviour in a positive, consistent, and supportive way.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and senior staff.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
Unqualified Humanities Teacher Requirements
* Degree or strong subject knowledge in Humanities/Religious Education.
* Previous experience working with young people, ideally with SEMH or SEND needs.
* A patient, resilient, and adaptable attitude.
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
* Genuine passion for teaching and supporting children with additional needs.
