With several new drainage projects coming on line, the need has arisen for a Drainage Foreman to join their team in a newly formed role:
Some of your day to day duties will include:
* Providing direction to the crew, meeting daily production targets and providing training and mentoring
* Setting heights and levels, trouble shooting on site
* Reading drainage plans, liaising with project managers, surveyors and engineers
* Assisting drainlayers and apprentices in the trench when required to assist with training
