About fulfilment.com
Fulfilment.com is on a mission to make the 3PL industry better for brands and providers.
We are entering a major growth phase — expanding our team, product capabilities, and global reach. Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help us scale with precision and pace.
The Role
As COO, you’ll be the operational foundation of fulfilment.com — translating our strategy into execution across Account Management, Marketing, and Operations (including Finance and People).
You’ll work directly with the CEO to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer success. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll shape the next chapter of a fast‑growing business.
What You’ll Do
* Drive commercial performance — lead account management and customer success to maximise renewals, upsell, and retention.
* Align growth & delivery — ensure marketing, revenue, and operations run as one system.
* Build scalable processes — design and implement the systems, dashboards, and rhythms that enable predictable growth.
* Oversee financial and operational health — budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with our finance advisors.
* Lead and develop teams — coach high‑performing managers across marketing, operations, and account management.
* Execute strategy — turn company OKRs into measurable outcomes and ensure alignment across all departments.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in operations, general management, or revenue leadership within a tech‑enabled or SaaS business.
* Proven track record scaling teams from early‑stage to growth (ideally £5m+ ARR).
* Commercially fluent — understands CAC, LTV, churn, and the levers of a recurring‑revenue model.
* Experienced managing both customer and marketing functions.
* Data‑driven and process‑oriented, but thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills — can inspire teams and bring structure to growth.
Why Join Us
* Shape the operating model of a high‑growth company backed by leading investors.
* Build and lead a talented cross‑functional team from the ground up.
* Competitive compensation with a meaningful equity stake.
* A culture that values ownership, clarity, and performance.
