This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable HR professional to take ownership of a standalone generalist role, supporting both management and employees across all aspects of HR. You'll play a key part in maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
Duties of the HR Advisor:
1. Maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and the staff handbook
2. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation
3. Acting as the main point of contact for HR queries from staff and management
4. Supporting recruitment activities, including interviewing and issuing offer letters and employment contracts
5. Conducting reference and right-to-work checks
