Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring inboxes, actioning emails, and allocating leads accordingly and communicating updates. Updating all trackers to identify and pass on relevant opportunities. Distributing communications and opportunities across the whole business Provide support and guidance for any systems issues, support with document downloads and uploads. MSEL sales team lead on invoicing - chasing payments and processing invoices. Cross-checking new data with existing data in the existing CRM system Managing internal sales lead referral program Responsible for gathering client feedback and collating survey responses Carry out duties to help support the WRU mission statement in line with the Company's core values Our ideal Event Sales Coordinator will: Strong interpersonal skills, organisational skills, and relationship management. Excellent IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Experience in using iVvy is desirable Experience in using Tixserve is desirable. Experience in using SAGE is desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
