Our client is hiring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Midlands-based team in Derby.

This candidate must have proven experience of managing all commercial aspects of construction projects, ideally with a Sub-Contractor background.

The initial role for the successful applicant will be to provide commercial support for our fast growing facades Sub-Contracting business. This will include pre-construction pricing work, submission of applications for payment, contract administration & valuation of works completed by our operatives on site. There will be an opportunity to grow with a commercial team and take a role in the development of this fast growing business. Salary and package is negotiable and competitive within the market.
