Hours: Average of 42 hours per week, working 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off between 8pm and 8am.
About Student Roost
Student living is about so much more than just a room – it’s about feeling at home. You will be the first point of contact for residents during 8pm to 8am. From running onsite events and facilitating late-night room viewings to collecting rent and liaising with overseas agents, every interaction matters. You support students who might need to report a maintenance issue, collect a parcel, ask for directions, or simply need to chat.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the first point of contact for residents during night shifts.
* Run onsite events and facilitate late-night room viewings.
* Collect rent and liaise with overseas agents.
* Assist residents with maintenance issue reports, parcel collection, directions, and general support.
* Maintain a supportive and friendly environment for students.
Skills & Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Friendly, approachable, and capable of building relationships.
* Reliability and availability during night shifts.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to residents’ needs.
