Driver / Admin Assistant - Central London £50,000 - £55,000 Driver / Admin Assistant – Private Family & Office, London Location: Central and West London Start Date: Mid-January 2026 (with training period while the family is away) Hours: Typically Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm, with flexibility for occasional varied hours when required (time off in lieu given). Salary: £50,000 DOE Benefits: Pension, health & dental insurance, Oyster/travel paid, 28 days holiday bank holidays A lovely, down to earth young family of 3, is seeking a flexible, proactive Driver/Assistant Assistant to support their daily life across their Notting Hill home, Pall Mall office, and occasional European travel. The family are looking for someone who is a confident driver in London (chauffeur) who has also taken on additional admin / office duties for a family/family office previously. No two days will be the same, and the role would suit someone hands on, upbeat, and happy to help where needed both in the home and family office. Key Responsibilities Driving & Logistics Confident driving for family and principal journeys (e.g., airport runs, errands). Assistance transporting suitcases, clothing, or items between London and Paris/Switzerland. Flexible to support travel logistics when required (passport essential). Office & Administrative Support (approx. 1 day a week) Stock management: coffee, teas, Diet Coke, water, milk, office supplies Welcoming guests and preparing drink refreshments on and adhoc basis Light account admin: receipt reconciliation for preparation for accountants (finding/relabelling/filing and data entry into excel document (1/2 times a month) Assistance with odd jobs on an adhoc basis. Household & Family Support Light household assistance around the family home (new baby in residence). Helping with two miniature dachshunds - walks, vet trips, moving them between locations. Household PA tasks: managing post, returns, collecting items from storage, liaising with contractors. DIY & General Handyperson Tasks Not essential but highly desirable Light DIY tasks as and when (e.g. Flat pack assembly, putting up shelves/frames, minor fixes, moving furniture). Happy using basic tools and comfortable hiring/using a small van when necessary. About You Practical, versatile and eager to help wherever needed. Friendly, personable and able to integrate into a small, tight knit team. Comfortable with both busy days and quieter stretches. London based to allow for flexible hours when travel or errands are required. A dog lover and confident driver.
