Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* Provide housing advice and solutions to prevent homelessness
* Carry out housing needs assessments and develop personalised housing plans
* Work with private landlords and accommodation providers to secure housing
* Support customers with complex needs, signposting to relevant support services
* Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
* Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners
* Represent the organisation professionally and empathetically at all times
