I'm looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a well-respected Housing Association in the West Midlands, managing a portfolio of over 17,000 homes. You'll focus on repairs, maintenance, voids, and capital works, using NHF SORs and Excel for commercial reporting and cost management.

Key responsibilities:
* Manage commercial performance across housing workstreams
* Use NHF SORs to prepare specifications and costings
* Monitor budgets, cash flow, and invoicing
* Support dispute resolution and ensure contractual compliance
* Oversee supplier and subcontractor processes
Requirements:
* Quantity surveying experience within social housing
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
* Knowledge of NHF SOR 7.2
* HND/HNC or equivalent in Construction or Surveying
* Full UK driving licence
