Maintain a solid relationship with the Management Team working together on development and growth in the assigned area. Work in people's own homes to allow them to live the life they would like to, providing personal care, mental health support, shopping, laundry, medication, and pet care. Ensure regular communication on a team and individual basis. Provide emergency care assistant cover as required and efficiently report safeguarding/client issues to the direct Line Manager when necessary. Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
