Salary: $43.00 per hour (30‑35 hours per week)

Responsibilities
* Identify clients' financial goals and objectives
* Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
* Plan, set up and administer accounting systems
* Supervise staff
* Analyze clients' financial records
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls
* Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies
* Prepare reports and audit findings
* Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning
* Prepare financial statements and reports
* Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures
* Prepare income tax returns from accounting records
* Analyze financial documents and reports
* Examine accounting records
* Investigate possible unethical conduct or breaches of securities or commodity futures laws
* Provide financial, business, and tax advice
* Act as trustee in bankruptcy proceedings
* Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
* Oversee payroll administration
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
* Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar accounting role
* Computer and technology knowledge: QuickBooks
* Security and safety: Bondable
* Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail
* Personal suitability: Accurate, Judgement, Organized, Reliability
