RG Consultancy are working with a leading outsourced payroll provider based in the heart of Liverpool who are looking for an experienced payroll professional to join their team. Operating as the Payroll Supervisor this role will be key in ensuring the team performance and helping deliver excellent service to their client base. Overseeing multiple client payrolls of varying sizes and ensuing the team are meeting deadlines, this role offers an ideal opportunity for someone ready to take on more responsibility and develop and progress within the business. Duties include: Leading the payroll team: being the lead person for a small team of 4, ensuring deadlines are being met and being a point of support Helping to resolve complex queries Oversee payroll accuracy, statutory filing, pension uploads and auditing processes Liaising with HMRC, pension providers and other external entities as required.
