Contract Personnel are proud to be working with an ambitious, product-led business operating across both B2B and D2C markets, who are now looking to appoint a Content Marketing Manager to take ownership of their content strategy and execution.

The role:
As Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering a cohesive content strategy across multiple platforms and channels. You’ll be hands-on - planning, creating, scheduling, and engaging - while ensuring everything aligns with brand guidelines and wider business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and owning a multi-channel content strategy across social platforms and digital channels
Creating engaging, on-brand content tailored to both B2B and D2C audiences
Scheduling and publishing content using relevant tools
Actively monitoring and responding to comments and customer interactions
Using content to drive new customer acquisition while nurturing repeat business
Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
Analysing performance and refining content based on insights and engagement metrics
About you:
You’ll be a confident content professional who understands how to balance creativity with commercial impact. You’re comfortable owning the process end-to-end and enjoy engaging directly with audiences.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in content marketing or a similar role
Understands how to create content that performs across multiple platforms
Can adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and channels
Is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a content calendar
Has strong written communication skills and a great eye for brand consistency
What’s on offer
Salary of £30,(Apply online only) to £35,(Apply online only) per annum DOE
Full-time, permanent position
Monday to Friday working hours
Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the Lowestoft office
