Job Description:

Are you a confident, people-focused professional with some insight into finance operations and a passion for delivering outstanding service? Do you thrive in a role where you can make a real difference, build strong relationships, and bring energy and ideas to the table?

We’re looking for a Finance & Customer Experience Manager from the professional services sector to tailor and develop operational finance processes for key clients. This is a brand-new role with the scope to shape how we work, influence change, and deliver real value to both our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for external clients on finance-related matters, ensuring high service and satisfaction.

- Collaborate across the finance operations teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and ensure that the timely and accurate billing and collections processes are followed.

- Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements that add real value.

- Help shape and define this new role, bringing your ideas and energy to the table.

- Travel to client offices when needed to strengthen relationships and deliver a personal, high-touch service.

What You’ll Bring:

- A good understanding of operational finance (billing, credit control, reporting) – ideally within a legal or professional services environment.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – you’re approachable, engaging, and professional.

- Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.

- A collaborative, can-do approach and the ability to work across teams and levels of seniority.
