As a Digital Lead, you will lead digital disciplines on Jacobs projects and programs. You will be responsible for managing digital and technology aspects, coordinating with pursuit and delivery leadership teams through Project and Program Directors. You will interface with Jacobs and client IT organizations, reporting to the Project or Program Manager.
This role is your opportunity to

* Mentor and guide teams of digital SMEs, fostering a culture of controlled innovation.
* Ensure compliance with digital and IT laws while pushing technological boundaries.
* Participate in building client relationships and major proposals, leveraging your expertise to win new business.
* Manage budgets strategically, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

Here's what you'll need:
* A degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant industry experience.
* A proven track record of delivering digital scopes within large projects or programs.
* Deep understanding of Digital and Technology best practices, processes, and trends.
* Ability to inspire and lead senior technical teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills for complex tasks and projects.
* Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for all levels.
* Sound judgment in escalating issues appropriately.
* Networking skills to build relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
