Salary – £25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience) + bonus
I am currently working with an established family run main dealership in Chichester, West Sussex and are seeking a MOT Service Technician to join their busy service department.

MOT Service Technician job responsibilities-
* Carrying out car and van servicing to manufacturer standards,
* Carrying out car and van repairs
* Carrying out diagnostic tests to vehicles, quickly identifying problems
* Carrying out MOT tests
* Liaising with and updating the Service Manager on work in progress
* Advising Service Receptionists about required repairs in detail
* Working with the Parts Team ensuring required parts are available
* Maintaining vehicle repair and service records
* To maintain your work area, tools and equipment to a high standard
The role of MOT Service Technician offers you the opportunity to work as part of a team, using your technical expertise to use and solve complex technical issues, whilst gaining new skills and exposure to new vehicle models, methods of working and full manufacturer training.
To apply for the MOT Service Technician role, you must
* Have main dealer/independent experience
* Be qualified to Level 3 or above in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Strong skills with general maintenance, repair and diagnostics/fault finding
* A Full UK Driving License
