Role: Tool Hire Manager
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + Bonus & Commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Weekend Hours: 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm

As Tool Hire Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the hire department, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial results and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing the daily operations of the tool hire desk
* Leading, motivating, and developing the team
* Driving sales and maximising revenue opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are met
* Overseeing stock control, asset management and availability
* Account management and developing existing relationships
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience within tool hire, plant hire or equipment rental
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Commercially aware with a focus on sales and profitability
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
