We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused team members to help bring the atmosphere to life and deliver a fantastic experience for guests enjoying live sport, great food, and drinks. What You’ll Do As part of the Arena Sports Bar Team, you’ll help create a lively and welcoming environment for guests. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting guests and helping them choose from our food and drink menu. Taking orders and serving drinks and food efficiently and professionally. Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere during live sporting events. Ensuring the sports bar remains clean, organised, and well-presented at all times. Making sure every guest has a great time while watching the action. Processing cash and card payments accurately. What We're Looking For We’re seeking team members who: Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Enjoy working in a lively, fast-paced environment. Have strong communication and people skills. Are proactive, reliable, and attentive to detail. Previous bar or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
