Are you a friendly and organised individual with a passion for excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Holiday Park Receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis.
This is a very hands on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Full training will be provided where necessary.
As a Holiday Park Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. Your duties will include:
Responsibilities
* Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
* Managing bookings and enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Providing information about the park’s facilities and local attractions
* Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
* Handling payments and processing transactions
* Addressing guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
* Overseeing the on-site shop, including serving customers and restocking shelves
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A professional and welcoming manner
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a busy environment
* Basic IT skills
* A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends (mainly Sundays) and weekdays
* Ability to manage stock and keep the shop well-presented
