Salary: £24,000 + additional benefits
About the Role:
Experience in conveyancing is preferred but not essential. What we value most is a positive attitude towards learning and a genuine desire to grow in a busy, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Initial contact with prospective clients, including providing quotes
* File opening and client onboarding, including electronic verification checks
* Handling Land Registry applications and requisitions
* Archiving and filing
* Managing incoming calls and taking accurate instructions from clients

Experience in these areas is beneficial but not required. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Assistant or Graduate eager to break into the Residential Property sphere.
