My client is a well-established residential developer based in Kent who is seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a 6-month contract to support the team through a busy period of large-scale projects.

About the Role:

This position is office-based, working 5 days a week from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Head Office in Kent. You'll be joining a small, friendly team, providing crucial support with subcontractor payments and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

* COINS System: Full use of COINS for all required job functions - daily experience with COINS is essential.

* Subcontractor Payments: Managing and processing payments for subcontractors (50% of the role).

* Subcontractor Orders: Setting up and managing subcontractor orders within COINS.

* Team Support: Assisting colleagues with COINS-related queries and resolving system-related issues.
