Job Responsibilities
* EMBROIDER
* Dedicated Embroidery Machine Operator with 1 year of experience in operating computerized embroidery machines, efficiently producing high-quality embroidered designs. Processes strong attention to detail, excellent thread and colour management skills, and a commitment to meeting production deadlines. Adept at Machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and working collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
* Key Accountabilities:
* -Embroidery design with commercial grade.
* -Evaluating digitizing to ensure satisfactory output and monitoring machine operation.
* -To handle Thread and Color management independently.
* -Machine management.
* -Machine Troubleshooting.
* The ideal candidate:
* -Diploma in Embroidery Technology.
* -Able to operate automatic embroidery machines.
* -Able to prepare (hoop and frame) all type of garments including hats.
* -Able to maintain the quality and timely production and a willingness to do machine maintenance.
* -Able to operate both a single head and four head Tajima monogram machine.
* -Must be able to work an 8+ hour shifts and Saturdays if necessary.

* TAYLOR / TAYLORES:
* Responsible for constructing, altering, repairing or modifying garments for customer based on their specification, needs and preferences. Knowledge of fabric type, colours, and fabric care. Understanding of garment construction & and pattern-making skills.
* Key Accountabilities:
* -Cutting Knowledge.
* -Stitching knowledge.
* -Sampling Knowledge.
* -Machine management.
* -Machine Troubleshooting.
* -Pattern-making knowledge.
* -Proper record-keeping knowledge.
* The ideal candidate:
* -Diploma in Tailors Technology.
* -Able to operate all kinds of machines for altering, repairing or modifying garments.
* -Proper Fabric Knowledge, colours, and care.
* -Able to maintain quality and timely production and a willingness to do machine maintenance.
* -Must be able to work 8+ hour shifts and Saturdays if necessary.
